Colon Pain
Your colon is located in your abdomen so when you experience colon pain you will likely feel abdominal pain. Abdominal pain does not always mean that something is seriously wrong with your colon. Everybody will experience abdominal pain at some point in time and most of the time the pain will go away without you doing anything.

Traverse colon pain is usually associated with foods that are spicy in nature. Foods that are hot such as hot pepper, onions, and even vinegar can cause traverse colon pain but these types of pain are easily avoided. If you have a problem with spicy foods causing you traverse colon pain you can either avoid those foods altogether or you can take an antacid that will coat the stomach and the colon and prevent the pain.
Colon pain may indicate that you have a serious problem that will require colon pain treatment but only your doctor will be able to determine the necessary treatment for your pain. In many cases colon pain treatment involves a change in the diet by reducing fatty foods and foods that are high in sodium.
There is actually a part of your colon that can cause you to have colon back pain. Most of this type of pain can be attributed to gas that has been building in the abdomen area. The gas forms from the fecal matter that is in your colon and can last for several hours. If you think about it you will probably find that you eat three meals each day but you only eliminate once per day. The rest of that food is left in your colon to give you colon pain and colon back pain. One way to avoid colon back pain is to stay away from foods that cause gas such as beans, onions, and cabbage.
Avoiding certain foods may help you in your colon pain treatment but there are other ways to rid yourself of colon pain without giving up the foods you love. Keeping your entire colon clean will help prevent colon pan and can even help prevent cancer. By using a colon cleanser or going to a clinic that offers colonics you can help your colon function properly without the harmful buildup of bacteria and gas. This will allow you to eat the foods you love without suffering from the colon pain. |
